Jack Gogan

By age nine, Jack Gogan had already competed in his first national regatta as part of the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron Race Team, and by 10, he was representing Canada internationally.

Jack’s impressive list of accomplishments includes being a two-time Canadian national Optimist Champion, two-time male single-handed sailor of the year at RNSYS, and two-time male sailor of the year in Nova Scotia. A past member of both the Nova Scotia Sailing Team and Canada’s Youth Sailing Team, Jack is a passionate competitor who has proudly represented Canada at the Opti World Championships, the 420 World Championships, and the 49er World Championships.

Jack studies at St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. In his spare time, Jack is an avid foiler and keelboat racer, constantly pushing the limits of his abilities and embracing new challenges on the water.
